Important Note
Regarding availability of rats for adoption: please understand prior to filling out the application required for all adoptions, how our breeding program works.
We are a small breeding operation whose first and foremost goal is for the health and well being of our rats and their lines which we are developing. This being said, we do not always have pups available, depending on breeding schedules and pups that are reserved for future breeding. There is oftentimes a two to four month wait at any given time due to the following factors: First, the gestation period for a female rat is 21-23 days, which is followed by a 4-5 week weaning period. Also, we do NOT adopt out any pups until the minimum age of 5 weeks. Second, we do not breed to meet demand; we have a set breeding program and schedule and will not increase this for any reasons but our own.
This being said, if you are serious about adopting from us and are willing to wait for pedigreed, healthy, and good temperament rat(s), please submit an application to: [email protected] by copying and pasting the application into your email.
If you're not serious about adopting and waiting on our list, we wish you luck finding pups elsewhere, but please do not waste our time.
